Rare original 1943 VAL LEWTON 14x36 inches insert
Condition
Three standard insert horizontal folds with only top fold having any wear of significance. Poster has a small ink mark scribble under the A in title. There is a 3 inch tear at left hand side (without paper loss) that is repaired on back with clear tape. There is a very small tear in top edge white border that has some very old and yellowed sellotape on front and back. See picture. Poster could be displayed simply as it is, or have some minor restorative work done for a more cosmetic perfection. Undoubtedly the most difficult to find format and strikingly sombre poster on this benchmark horror film.
